Under the system settings you have the ability to adjust several things vital to the system.


  • URL Settings
    • Base URL - used in the software to let the software know the actual URL that the site resides.
    • Tournament Success URL - this was to be used for the tournament software integration and let the software know where to send the parent to after successful payment completion on a tournament sign up.
    • Tournament Cancel URL - this was to be used for the tournament software integration and let the software know where to send the parent if they chose to cancel tournament registration.
  • Default Language Fields
    • This is a list of the fields in the parent portal that will be used in the parent portal language translations.
  • Parent Portal Language Translations
    • This section allows you to enter the translations for the default language fields, by doing this you can translate the parent portal into any language.
  • Inventory Category
    • The inventory category allows you to sort your inventory into different categories.  For example, sparring gear, uniforms, etc.
  • Inventory Units
    • This is the inventory unit of measure i.e. each, box, bag
  • Belt Ranks
    • This allows you to enter the belt ranks in the system and these are used through out the system when dealing with students and is often a required field.
  • Material Sales Tax/Mileage Reimbursement Amount
    • This is used to set the base settings for sales tax and reimbursement fees.
  • Strip Keys and Charges
    • This contains your secret key for stripe, and the credit card fee that is added to the transactions in the parent portal.
