From this section you have the ability to complete the setup of an employee or modify setting for the selected employee.


  • Employee Information
    • This is the same screen that was used to add the employee to the system, to view those fields click here.
  • Employee Education
    • This allows you to enter all of the employees education information, such as high school attended, college, college majors and minors, degree type and year graduated.
  • Employee Clothing Sizes
    • This allows you to enter the clothing sizes for the employee, shirt, belt and uniform.
  • Employee Alumni Information
    • This allows you to mark the employee as an Alumni of Kickstart kids and the school, instructor and highest belt achieved while in the program.
  • Employee Security
    • This allows you to enter what sections of the software the employee can access and what dashboards and notifications they are to receive.
  • Employee Emergency Contact
    • This allows you to enter the employee's emergency contact information.
