This section sets up what screens of the administration section the employee is allowed to access.  It is highly recommended that only the top admins have access to the School Year section.  If the school year is changed then that will effect the entire application and is extremely difficult to reverse.  This section is usually on accessible by Kickstart Kids administration personnel.
